Ray Keil has been with Black Oak Associates since 2005 and is responsible for all property management functions of Black Oak’s existing portfolio. These responsibilities include tenant communications, property budgeting, lease negotiations and other critical property-level oversight. Ray came from TBB Global Logistics, a supply chain management firm where he worked as an Account Executive. Ray graduated from York College of Pennsylvania in 2001 with a degree in business management. |
