Michael Trenery is responsible for asset management and new business development. Mike also oversees all of the company’s development and leasing activities. His duties include analyzing and acquiring income producing properties, developing new properties, and managing the redevelopment and leasing of the company’s existing shopping centers. Mike has over thirty years of experience in the commercial real estate sector. Prior to joining Black Oak in 2004, Mike served as Vice President of Acquisitions and Development for Mid-Atlantic Realty Trust. Mike has acquired, developed and redeveloped a wide variety of commercial properties throughout the mid-Atlantic. He is also responsible for fostering and maintaining relationships with a network of national, regional and local retailers and tenant representatives. |
