South Cumberland Marketplace, an 110,000 square foot shopping center anchored by Save-A-Lot, Western Maryland Health System and Dollar General, was acquired by Black Oak in 2010. Located in the heavily traveled Industrial Boulevard just south of Cumberland’s downtown area, the center serves Cumberland and surrounding area residents with a range of everyday needs including groceries, health services, entertainment, financial services and other household products.
