Black Oak acquired the 220,000 square foot Belair Edison Crossing shopping center in 2003. Following a physical renovation that included a new pedestrian canopy, parking lot, lighting, signage and façade improvements, Black Oak has revitalized a once dormant shopping center. Since the purchase, many new stores have joined Food Depot and Maxway including, Forman Mills, Dollar General and B. Green Cash & Carry.
