Black Oak acquired the 220,000 square foot Belair Edison Crossing shopping center in 2003. Following a physical renovation that included new pedestrian canopies, parking lots, lighting and facade improvements, new stores have joined Food Depot and Maxway including Forman Mills, Chernin’s Shoe Outlet and B. Green Cash & Carry. Currently, an outparcel with highly visible Belair Road frontage is available.
