South York Value Center in York, PA, was acquired by Black Oak Associates in 1994. The 130,000 square foot pedestrian friendly plaza has been redeveloped into a strong destination center with a unique mix of merchants. A 30,000 square foot Price-Rite supermarket anchors the center.
